I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Announcement by the chairperson whether a quorum is present, and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
II. FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS
A. Discuss and Consider Possible Amendment to Resolution No. 17-18-31, Resolution to Set Tax Rate, adopted by the Board of Trustees on August 27, 2018. (S. Flournoy)

III. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board may recess the Open Meeting and reconvene in a Closed Meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Code and as authorized by Sections 551.071 - 551.076 and 551.082 - 551.084 thereof:
A. Sections 551.071 –for consultation with legal counsel.
1. Discuss and Consider Possible Amendment to Resolution No. 17-18-31, Resolution to Set Tax Rate, adopted by the Board of Trustees on August 27, 2018. (S. Flournoy)
B. Sections 551.074 and 551.071 – to hear and/or deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, and for consultation with legal counsel.
