Items III & V - III. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board may recess the Open Meeting and reconvene in a Closed Meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Code and as authorized by Sections 551.071 551.076 and 551.082-551.084 thereof:
A. Sections 551.074 – to hear and/or deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
