A. Consider the Request by Darrin Duff to Withdraw a Previously Submitted and Accepted Resignation. (Board of Trustees)

EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board may recess the Open Meeting and reconvene in a Closed Meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Code:
A. Section 551.074 – to hear and/or deliberate a case involving the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; Section 551.071 to seek the advice of the Board’s attorney on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the Board under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code; and Section 551.0821 to deliberate a matter regarding a public school student if personally identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation.
