EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board may recess the Open Meeting and reconvene in a Closed Meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Code and as authorized by Sections 551.071-551.076 and 551.082-551.084 thereof:

A. Sections 551.082, 551.0821, and 551.071 – to hear and/or deliberate a case involving discipline of a public-school child and a matter regarding a public-school student if personally-identifiable information about the student will necessarily be revealed by the deliberation, and for consultation with legal counsel.
