I. CALL TO ORDER
A. Announcement by the chairperson whether a quorum is present, and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Chapter 551.
II. FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS
A. Convene to Closed Session
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board may recess the Open Meeting and reconvene in a Closed Meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Code and as authorized by Sections 551.071 - 551.076 and 551.082 - 551.084 thereof:
A. Sections 551.074 and 551.071 – to hear and/or deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, and for consultation with legal counsel.
