Items III & V - III. EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board may recess the Open Meeting and reconvene in a Closed Meeting pursuant to the following sections of the Texas Government Code and as authorized by Sections 551.071-551.076 and 551.082-551.084 thereof.
A. Section 551.074 – To hear and/or deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee.
1. Discuss and Consider Recommendation to Terminate Probationary Contract Employees at the End of the Contract Period, Pursuant to Chapter 21 of the Texas Education Code, as listed on Exhibit A.
